3 LORD, what are human beings that you care for them,
mere mortals that you think of them?
4 They are like a breath;
their days are like a fleeting shadow.
We were reading The Reason for God by Tim Keller and one of the last chapters talks about God’s love for us. One thing I remember, was that God does not need us. God is love and as the trinity, they glorify in each other in a perfect dance of love.
But He chose to share the joy of love with us.
We are blessed because He loves us. We do not deserve His love, we haven’t done anything to deserve His love, yet He does. We have no reason to be prideful, but we should feel blessed.
