Psalm 18:25-10

Cause you are the wind beneath my feet…

46 The LORD lives! Praise be to my Rock!
Exalted be God my Savior!
47 He is the God who avenges me,
who subdues nations under me,
48 who saves me from my enemies.
You exalted me above my foes;
from a violent man you rescued me.
49 Therefore I will praise you, LORD, among the nations;
I will sing the praises of your name.

This sums up what the second half of chapter 18 is. God is the reason for our salvation, the reason for our strength/success. King David was explicit in exaplaning how God was the one who gave his arms strength, who made his feet like that of the deer, who sustained him and who made the paths broad for him.

As a result, we cannot help but praise Him among other peoples and praise Him directly. To put it in another way, if you do not have the worshipful attitude before God or do not believe He deserves that praise, do you truly believe that you are the sole reason for your strength and salvation?
