Psalm 31

Praise God when you win, and praise God when you lose

I feel like the theme from last night’s (1/14) ┬áLG, “Praise God when you win, and praise God when you lose,” permeates many of the Psalms that we’ve read so far including Psalm 31. David faced rejection from his friends and assassination plots/attempts (verses 12 and 13) – not sure that things could be any worse – and he confidently and expeditiously cleaves to his faith in God. I think that this is an awesome model for dealing with affliction or just life in general.
